Some things may not work as they should (or dont work at all). You cant chat with this user due to their or your privacy settings. There are extensive descriptions about this on the Steam forums. Unsubscribing only disables the automatic checking for new versions but leaves the files on your machine - just as a manual downlaod does. Like Puppy said, you have to subscribe, then let the Launcher install the file, then make a zip to use with NMM or Wrye bash.
